The induced heavenly teacher: through disciplined recitation (Karo's maggid came while reviewing Mishnah) a personified voice of the tradition begins to speak THROUGH the practitioner — dictating teachings, correcting conduct, arranging destinies. Karo's diary and Ramchal's transcripts are the classic records; scholarship reads maggidism as the tradition's own account of how mastery becomes voice: internalize a text deeply enough and it starts talking back.
