⚠ Most of them cannot be done today

nature
Whole classes of the 613 have been study rather than practice since the year 70. The sanctuary and its service need a standing Temple. The land's agriculture — the sabbatical year, the jubilee, the tithes, the corners of the field — turns on the Land and on most of the people being in it. The court's penalties need a court with an ordination that lapsed. The king's laws need a king.
⭐⭐ And the tradition did not shrink the number to match. That is the interesting fact. It kept counting 613 through nineteen centuries in which a large fraction of them could not be performed by anybody, and went on studying the suspended ones in the same breath as the live ones — the order of the sacrifices is learned as law, not as history.
⚠⚠ This app gives no number for how many are kept today, deliberately. Counting them means adopting one enumeration and then ruling on several live disputes — whether a commandment suspended in practice still counts, whether the rabbinic derivatives count, whether a law kept only by kohanim counts as kept. The classes are not controversial; the total is.
⚠ The class-level flag is coarse in both directions, and the list corrects itself where it must: the priestly blessing and the kohen's first aliyah are sanctuary-class and are done; proclaiming the new month by court is year-class and is not. An entry may overrule its own category, and the room shows which ones did.
