☯ the uncarved block

the uncarved block — Taoism, the far cousin who never met the Tree: no contact, no shared root, a world away — convergence at its purest. The Tao beyond every name beside Ein Sof and Ayin; yin & yang beside Chesed & Gevurah; qi beside ruach; the uncarved block (pu) beside the light before tzimtzum; return (fan) beside teshuvah. Three models in Taoism's own geometry — the taijitu (a whole that turns), the five phases (a wheel that circulates, not a ladder), and the sixty-four hexagrams (a binary field, the rhyme with the 231 gates). Where the paths part: the uncarved vs the carved, no-fall vs tikkun, a Tao with no address vs a God who is answered. Reference throughout; nothing invoked.
