the worm and the mouth — give time an axis and a person is no longer a shape but a shape OVER TIME: long, soft, tapered, blind at both ends. A worm. Six models, five of them with something to do. ⧗ THE EXTRUSION: a dimension dial 0→4, and a viewpoint switch that swings the camera onto the time axis — from there the worm vanishes into a person, and nothing about it changed except what is visible. ⧉ THE WORM-TREE: climb back generation by generation and find no join where anything was created; flip halakhah ⇄ mtDNA and watch the drawing NOT change (a rule of legal status and a loop of DNA only the egg transmits, seventeen centuries apart, picking the same thread); flip to the father's line and watch it change completely; then zoom out until every matriline converges on the one node every living human shares. ⚠ NOT a reskin of the Tree — the Tree emanates DOWNWARD, the worm-tree accumulates BACKWARD, and the room draws both arrows. ◎ THREE NESTED: ordinary embryology, anatomical and labelled — a woman's oocytes form while she is a fetus inside her own mother, so the egg you came from was already in your mother's ovaries while your mother was inside your grandmother. Three generations in one body at once. ✧ THE MOUTH: press and hold to gnaw down a cedar (Isaiah 41:14 — no claw, no shell, no venom, no speed, a mouth), then take an axe and see how little the speed settles. ◈ THE SHAMIR: engrave the twelve stones of the breastplate with an iron chisel (sparks, dust, a debris ledger, and 'if thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast polluted it') or with a creature the size of a barleycorn that opens the letters and removes NOTHING — because iron was forbidden on the stones, so the house of the Name had to be cut by a mouth. ⟲ THE RACK: two serpents about a staff four times over — Gudea's vase c.2100 BCE, the caduceus, ida & pingala, the double helix of 1953 — rotatable and superimposable, each with its date-line, shown at full strength and NOT adjudicated.
