Painters Painting (1972)

⭐⭐ THE FILM WITH NEWMAN IN IT, TALKING. Nearly everything else in this section is a painting and an argument about a painting; this is the man in the room, on film, two years before he died. If you want to judge the Hess reading for yourself, start here rather than with the catalogue.
