THE ATLAS OF THE ORDER THAT TOOK

Athanasius Kircher

Kircher
nature
Jesuit polymath — Egyptologist, geologist, musicologist, builder of magic lanterns and speaking statues, describer of microbes, proposer of a universal language. The last man who plausibly tried to know everything, and comprehensively wrong about a good deal of it.

In Oedipus Aegyptiacus (Rome, 1652) he printed the sephirot-and-paths arrangement now called the Kircher Tree. It is the chart the whole of Western occultism inherited — and the chart this app itself opened on until 2026-07-25.

Tehiru is a walk-in model of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life and its kindred ways — built to be explored, not read. This page is a still frame of one node; the app is where it moves.
