Kircher's three-volume attempt to decode the hieroglyphs and reconcile Egypt, Greece, the Kabbalah and the Church into one ancient wisdom. The hieroglyph decoding was wrong from end to end; Champollion cracked the real script in 1822.

It contains the Kircher Tree — the sephirot-and-paths chart, Malkuth with three roads in, that the whole of Western occultism inherited and that most English-language books still print as though it were the Tree.
