The Pleroma · the fullness

πλήρωμα, "the fullness": the divine world entire. In the Valentinian account it is thirty aeons in fifteen married pairs, unfolding from Depth and Silence — eight, then ten, then twelve — each a quality of the unknowable source given a face and a partner.

The geometry is the doctrine. Not a ladder and not a hierarchy of command: a concentric, paired arrangement where the load-bearing fact is that nothing stands alone — which is why the whole cosmos turns on the one aeon who tries to.
