Timothy Leary

Harvard psychologist turned psychedelic evangelist turned prison escapee turned futurist. His late work proposed an eight-circuit model of the nervous system, which Wilson adopted, systematised and made far more legible than Leary ever did.

The eight-circuit model is the largest single piece of Wilson's synthesis that came from someone else. Marked here as Leary's, and marked everywhere in this app as a borrowed frame, not traditional anything.
