THE ATLAS OF THE REALITY TUNNEL
Eye accessing cues — a failed claim
nature
The claim that eye movement direction reveals which sensory system a person is using, and by extension whether they are recalling or constructing (that is, lying). Tested directly by Wiseman and colleagues in 2012 and not supported.
It earns a node because it is NLP's most famous single idea and it is wrong. An atlas that hid this would be exactly the kind of map the corpus warns against.
