Presupposition

What a sentence requires you to accept in order to process it at all. "When you finish the report, leave it on my desk" presupposes the report and its completion; you cannot even parse the request without granting them.

The most powerful item in the Milton Model and the hardest to defend against, because refusing a presupposition requires stepping out of the conversation to do it.
