Ergo Proxy

Ergo Proxy
nature
A post-collapse series set in sealed domes, whose god-figures are called Proxies, whose episodes are titled after philosophers, and whose structure is openly Gnostic: a made world, a maker who is not the highest thing, and awakening as the only exit.

The bridge to ✧ the Gnostics, and one of the very few popular works that takes the Gnostic frame as an argument rather than as set dressing. ⚠ Note what makes it Gnostic rather than Kabbalistic, since the wings sit next to each other: the same broken world, and a completely different job. The Gnostic story ends in escape; the Lurianic story ends in repair.

sephirahbinah
whyBinah, the maker of containers — and this is a story about who made the container and why.

Tehiru is a walk-in model of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life and its kindred ways — built to be explored, not read. This page is a still frame of one node; the app is where it moves.
