From Hell

From Hell
nature
Moore and Eddie Campbell on the Whitechapel murders, built on a psychogeographic reading of London's churches and obelisks — and shipped with forty pages of chapter-by-chapter annotations naming every source and marking every invention.

The most rigorous provenance apparatus any work in this wing has ever carried, and the model for what DECLARED can mean at full strength. Moore's appendix does the thing this app tries to do: it separates what is documented, what is disputed and what he made up, line by line, and it does not let the reader confuse them. ⚠ It also, in the same breath, presents a theory of the murders that he himself calls fiction — which is why the apparatus matters.

Tehiru is a walk-in model of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life and its kindred ways — built to be explored, not read. This page is a still frame of one node; the app is where it moves.
