The British post-industrial current: Coil (John Balance and Peter Christopherson), Current 93 (David Tibet), and Psychic TV, whose Genesis P-Orridge founded Thee Temple ov Psychick Youth — a mail-order network distributing sigil practice to teenagers by post through the 1980s.

Where chaos magic actually reached people, and it was not through books. TOPY's method — make your own sigil, from your own desire, with no hierarchy, no grades and no initiation — is the exact inversion of the Golden Dawn's org chart, and it arrived by envelope. ⚠ It also produced real harm alongside real art, and the app names both rather than romanticising the scene.
