Twin Peaks: The Return
The Return
nature
David Lynch and Mark Frost's eighteen hours, and in particular Part 8: the Trinity test at Alamogordo, a descent into the blast, and the origin of an evil that is neither explained nor named in any existing system.
Included as the wing's strongest argument that invented esotericism can do what borrowed esotericism cannot. Nothing in Part 8 corresponds to anything. There is no table to look it up in, which is precisely why it frightens people who are not frightened by demons with rank and legion counts. A correspondence table is a comfort. Lynch declines to provide one.
