THE ATLAS OF THE SOCIETY THAT SPLICED

The Three Objects

the Objects
nature
The Society's constitutional aims, in their settled 1905 form: (1) to form a nucleus of the universal brotherhood of humanity without distinction of race, creed, sex, caste, or colour; (2) to encourage the study of comparative religion, philosophy and science; (3) to investigate the unexplained laws of nature and the powers latent in man.

The first Object is why the race material cannot be waved away as "of its time" — the Society's own charter is the counter-evidence, and it was written by the same people. And the second Object is, more or less exactly, what this app does. Comparative religion as a spiritual practice rather than an academic one is a Theosophical invention that everyone now takes for granted.
To form a nucleus of the universal brotherhood of humanity without distinction of race, creed, sex, caste, or colour.
