THE ATLAS OF THE SOCIETY THAT SPLICED

The Splice

the splice
nature
The identification of the sephirot with the chakras: ten stations on a diagram of divine emanation mapped onto seven centres in a yogic body, usually by folding the three "pillars" or by pairing Chokhmah–Binah and Chesed–Gevurah until the counts agree.

⚠⚠ THE COUNTS DO NOT AGREE, AND THE FIX IS ALWAYS AD HOC. Ten will not become seven without a decision, and the decision is never in either source — it is made by the person drawing the chart. And the two objects are not the same kind of thing. The sephirot are attributes of God, a map of how an infinite source becomes a finite world; they are not primarily in your body at all. The chakras are features of a subtle body in a system of practice. Aligning them requires deciding that a theology and an anatomy are the same diagram.

⚠ This is the splice ॐ the inmost self was built to correct — and until now, this app had the correction and did not have the thing being corrected.
