The chakra-to-sephirah correspondence that circulates as ancient wisdom is a modern construction, and this app would rather say so than trade on it. The chain is short and documented: Pūrṇānanda's Ṣaṭ-cakra-nirūpaṇa (1577, or 1526 — sources differ) reaches English as Woodroffe's Serpent Power in 1919; Theosophy and the Golden Dawn, working the same decades and often the same rooms, weld it onto the Tree of Life they had themselves already reshaped; and the rainbow colours everyone pictures arrive with Leadbeater in 1927, from no Sanskrit source at all. None of that makes the comparison worthless — it makes it recent. A synthesis roughly a century old, assembled by identifiable people with identifiable agendas, is a perfectly good object of study as long as nobody antiques it. Tehiru states the Kybalion's 1908 provenance the same way, and for the same reason: an idea wearing a false age cannot be thought about clearly.

Tehiru is a walk-in model of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life and its kindred ways — built to be explored, not read. This page is a still frame of one node; the app is where it moves.
