Rabbi Nachman's core prescription: one hour daily, alone — a field or a closed room — speaking ALOUD to God in your own mother tongue: gratitude, complaint, nonsense, silence, whatever is true. Not liturgy: conversation. The medieval philosophers used the same word for contemplative isolation; Nachman democratized it into the most portable practice in the tradition. "Even if all you can say is 'Master of the World' — say it over and over."
