Tohu and Tikkun (the two orders)תהו ותיקון

Two arrangements of the sephirot: Tohu — mighty, isolated point-lights that could not cooperate, hence the shattering; Tikkun — lesser lights interlinked in partzufim, resilient because relational. Chabad reads it as psychology and history: raw intensity breaks; integrated structure holds. Great energy without relationship is precisely the catastrophe.
