Abulafia's ladder: write, chant, and breathe the permutations of a divine name — cycling the five voices (kamatz, cholam, tzere, chirik, kubutz), moving the head with the vowel-shapes, until discursive mind unknots and the "influx" arrives. The most explicit, technical, reproducible meditation manuals in the Jewish canon (Chayei ha-Olam ha-Ba's circles-of-letters diagrams are working scores). Sefer Yetzirah's 231 gates turned into aerobic practice. ⚠ On the fifth voice: the manuscripts and their translators cycle OO under either kubutz (ֻ) or shuruk (וּ). They are two spellings of one sound, and the difference is orthographic rather than practical — this app says kubutz throughout, because it is a point under the letter like the other four and so keeps the five signs comparable as marks. The head-motions themselves live in one place only (K.VOWELS) and the postures room animates them.
