The womb of forms. Binah receives Chokhmah's undifferentiated flash and builds it into structure — one point becoming a palace of distinctions. She is Imma, the Supernal Mother, the Great Sea from which the seven lower days are born. Her planet is Saturn: limit, time, gravity, the discipline that makes a thing a thing. In her upper reaches she is Teshuvah — Return — the place every fallen spark can climb back to.
The Zohar calls Binah "the World to Come": not a future age but a dimension always arriving, the mother to whom the fifty gates of understanding belong.
