The Zohar's signature. Hundreds of times, in Aramaic, it stops and says ta chazi — come and see — and then shows you something.

⭐ Look at the verb it chose. Not ra'ah, ordinary looking. חזה — chazah, the root of chozeh, seer, and machazeh, vision. It is the prophetic verb. The invitation is not read this; it is have this vision with me.

And the book is named for a visual event: Zohar, radiance. The Talmud is named for study. The Zohar is named for light.

The app's already-shipped istakel is the same instinct pushed to its limit — He gazed into the Torah and created the world. In this tradition's mystical half, looking is not how you learn about the thing. Looking is how the thing gets made.
